ManyOrdr

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ManyOrdr, including paid subscription plans. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

ManyOrdr ("we", "our", "us") provides a software platform that helps Instagram sellers manage comment-to-order campaigns, products, inventory, and customer orders. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of ManyOrdr.

Acceptance

By signing up, subscribing to a paid plan, connecting Instagram, or otherwise using ManyOrdr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

The service

ManyOrdr lets sellers connect an Instagram professional account, whether Business or Creator, and build campaigns on their posts or Reels around trigger keywords. When a commenter uses one of those keywords, ManyOrdr can automatically send them a direct message and, where enabled, a public comment reply.

Campaigns may deliver different kinds of offers. Catalog and product order form campaigns collect buyer details and orders for the products you list. Link campaigns share an external URL you provide, such as a website, checkout page, form, or other destination. File campaigns share a downloadable file you upload, such as a PDF, guide, or other digital asset.

ManyOrdr provides software tooling to automate delivery of the message and link or file you configure. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

Instagram integration

ManyOrdr relies on Meta's and Instagram's APIs to function. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access and use your Instagram data as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the features you've enabled. You remain responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use, and any related policies, and we are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes that Meta or Instagram impose which affect the service. You're also responsible for the content you post on Instagram and for any messages sent through your connected account, including automated DMs and comment replies that ManyOrdr triggers on your behalf.

Meta / Instagram API risk and non-affiliation

ManyOrdr is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. You acknowledge that automation relies on third-party APIs. We do not guarantee 100% message delivery, and you must not use ManyOrdr to spam users or otherwise violate Meta's policies. We are not liable if Meta limits, blocks, suspends, or bans your Instagram account due to your automated campaign activity or violation of Meta's policies.

Seller responsibilities

As a seller, you're responsible for listing accurate product information, prices, and availability, and for fulfilling the orders placed through your campaign links in a timely manner. Buyer inquiries, refunds, returns, and disputes are yours to handle directly with your customers, and you agree to comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, tax, and e-commerce regulations in your jurisdiction. You also agree not to use ManyOrdr for fraud, spam, misleading campaigns, or the sale of prohibited goods. Buyers who place orders through your catalog campaign links are your customers; ManyOrdr facilitates the collection of that order on your behalf, but we are not a party to the sale between you and the buyer.

Links and files you share. If you run a link or file campaign, you alone choose, upload, host (where applicable), and control the external URL or file that ManyOrdr delivers to commenters. You are solely responsible for the legality, safety, accuracy, ownership, licensing, and content of those links and files, and for any promises, products, services, downloads, malware risk, copyright claims, or outcomes that result from someone opening your link or downloading your file. ManyOrdr does not review, endorse, verify, or host the destination of external links (beyond storing the URL you enter), and does not accept responsibility for seller-shared links or files. Recipients who receive those messages are interacting with your content, not a ManyOrdr offering.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ManyOrdr to violate any law or infringe on anyone else's rights, to access other users' accounts or data without authorization, to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems, to resell or sublicense the service without our written permission, or to send unsolicited, abusive, or spam messages through it, or to attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or other abuse controls. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

ManyOrdr offers paid subscription plans, for example Starter, Growth, Pro, and Scale, with features, limits, and pricing in Indian Rupees (INR) shown on our pricing and checkout pages before you pay.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle, typically monthly, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partner to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the plan you choose, including any applicable taxes. Subscription payments themselves are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited ("Razorpay") or its affiliates, and your payment is also subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy practices; we never store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.

Once payment succeeds, your plan activates for the billing period shown in your dashboard, and the limits attached to your plan, such as the number of campaigns, monthly auto messages, or products per campaign, apply for that period. Upgrades can take effect immediately and may be charged on a pro-rata or full-cycle basis as shown at checkout, while downgrades generally take effect at the end of your current billing period unless we state otherwise. We issue payment receipts for successful charges, but unless a document explicitly says otherwise, these receipts are not GST tax invoices, and you remain responsible for your own tax compliance as a seller on the platform.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, restrict access after a grace period, or suspend paid features until payment succeeds, and you remain responsible for any charge that does succeed on your payment method. We may also change plan prices or features over time; changes apply immediately to new subscriptions, and for existing subscriptions we'll provide notice through the dashboard or by email where required, with continued use after the effective date treated as acceptance of the new price.

Plan limits, auto messages, and abuse controls

Each paid plan includes feature access and usage limits shown on our pricing pages and in your dashboard. Two different kinds of limits apply.

Campaign and capacity limits, such as how many campaigns you may run or how many products you may attach to a campaign, are account capacity caps for your active plan. They are not a monthly allowance that resets on renewal. When your subscription renews, your campaign capacity stays the same; renewal does not increase how many campaigns your plan allows.

For the first 30 days after your first paid activation, paused or inactive campaigns still count toward your campaign create limit. After those 30 days, you may pause (inactivate) a campaign to free a create slot and create a different campaign without exceeding your plan limit. Creating, pausing, or replacing campaigns does not by itself reset your auto message usage.

Each paid plan also includes a recurring auto message allowance. Auto messages share one combined quota, and each automated send counts as one. For example, when a trigger comment receives both a private order-link DM and a public comment reply, that uses two auto messages. Automated campaign Instagram direct messages, including order-link, link, or file DMs, count as one send each toward the allowance, as do public comment replies sent as part of campaign automation (including out-of-stock replies), and order status update messages sent when you change an order status, for example confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered, or cancelled, where your plan includes that feature. Manual replies you type and send from the dashboard inbox do not count toward the auto message quota.

Auto message usage is tracked per seller account and resets on your billing anniversary, the start of your current subscription period shown in Settings, Plan and billing, not on a fixed calendar-month date and not when you create new campaigns. When you reach your auto message limit, automated sends may be paused until the next billing usage period or until you upgrade. Whether a feature is available at all, for example order status messages, bulk send, or DM inbox, still depends on your plan tier, separate from the recurring allowance.

Rate limiting and anti-abuse. To protect platform stability, reduce spam risk, and comply with Meta/Instagram platform rules, we apply technical rate limits and abuse controls on comment processing, automated DMs, comment replies, APIs, and related actions. Burst comment traffic, repeated keyword spam, or other abusive patterns may be throttled, delayed, queued, or blocked even if you still have unused auto message allowance or campaign capacity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass these controls or use ManyOrdr to send unsolicited or abusive messages.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Payments made for ManyOrdr plans are final once successfully charged. Except where a refund is required by non-waivable applicable law, we do not provide refunds, chargebacks accommodation beyond our review process, or credits for partial billing periods or unused time remaining after cancellation, for unused plan features, campaign capacity, auto message allowance, or other limits, for downgrades, upgrades, or other plan changes, for failure or delay in cancelling auto-renewal (including if you forget, overlook, or are unable to cancel before the next renewal charge), for account deletion, deactivation, Instagram disconnect, or voluntary stop of use after a charge has already succeeded, for suspension or termination resulting from your breach of these Terms or applicable platform rules, or for service interruptions, API changes, outages, or restrictions caused by third parties, including Meta/Instagram or payment networks.

You are responsible for managing auto-renewal. Successful renewal charges remain payable and non-refundable even if you later decide you no longer need the service.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a clear duplicate charge for the same billing period, contact us at hello@manyordr.com within 14 days of the charge with your receipt number and payment ID. Refunds granted under exception are at our sole discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, Plan and billing in your dashboard, or through the cancellation path we provide. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal charges only. It does not refund amounts already paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Paid features generally stay available until the end of your current billing period, after which access to paid features may pause until you subscribe again.

Auto-renewal responsibility. Because plans renew automatically until cancelled, you must cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge. Failing to cancel in time, including forgetting, missing a reminder, losing account access, or misunderstanding plan timing, does not create a right to a refund of a successful renewal charge.

Account deletion. Deleting your ManyOrdr account, disconnecting Instagram, or otherwise stopping use does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid or already-charged subscription fees, and does not reverse successful Razorpay charges already processed.

Intellectual property

ManyOrdr, along with its software, branding, and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your product listings, campaign content, and business data, and in using the service you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data as needed to run ManyOrdr for you.

Disclaimers

ManyOrdr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Instagram integrations, webhooks, messaging, or payment processing will always run without interruption.

We make no warranty regarding external websites, payment pages, forms, or files that sellers configure in link or file campaigns, and we are not responsible for loss, damage, infringement, or other harm arising from a recipient opening, downloading, or relying on those seller-provided materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyOrdr's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. To the maximum extent the law allows, ManyOrdr and its operators also won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims resulting from your products, buyer disputes, or shared content or links, and more generally from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service, your campaigns, your relationships with buyers, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, Account, or our data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Once your account is terminated, your right to use ManyOrdr ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive, payment obligations, the refund policy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date whenever we do. We'll communicate material changes through the dashboard or by email, and continuing to use ManyOrdr after a change takes effect counts as accepting it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Buyer orders

If you place an order through a seller's ManyOrdr campaign link, you're ordering directly from that seller, not from ManyOrdr. We provide order-collection software only; we are not the seller, the merchant of record, your payment processor (unless the order page clearly states otherwise), or a delivery partner.

The seller alone is responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, and availability, and for confirming, shipping, and delivering your order, along with any returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store policies they choose to apply. ManyOrdr doesn't mediate disputes between buyers and sellers and isn't responsible for fulfillment, product quality, non-delivery, or refund requests; those need to be resolved directly with the seller, typically over Instagram. If you have a question about how the order form itself works, you can reach us at hello@manyordr.com; questions about your specific order should go to the seller directly.
