What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your ManyOrdr login account, your seller profile and dashboard data, your Instagram connection and stored access tokens, and the products, campaigns, DM logs, and orders linked to your account.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account instantly when signed in: use Settings → Account in the dashboard, or the delete control on this page (https://manyordr.com/data-deletion). No separate request is required — deletion runs immediately and permanently removes the data listed above (subject to the retention exceptions below).

You can also email hello@manyordr.com, or remove ManyOrdr access in Instagram so Meta sends a Data Deletion Callback. Those paths are processed automatically and completed within 30 days.

Delete via Instagram / Meta

If you connected ManyOrdr through Instagram, you can also remove access in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove ManyOrdr. Requesting data deletion through Meta will automatically delete your ManyOrdr account through our secure callback.

What we may retain

Transaction ledgers, invoices, and payment receipts are retained for up to 7 years solely to fulfill statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements under Indian law.

Buyer order data

If you are a customer who placed an order through a seller's ManyOrdr link, contact the seller directly. Sellers are responsible for their customer order data.
